Good at listening?
Get paid for it.
You know the friend everyone calls when something goes wrong? If that is you, there are people out there who need exactly that, in your language, tonight and tomorrow morning and every day after. Listen from home, choose your own hours, and get paid from your very first 30 minute conversation.
Applying takes about 10 minutes. No degree, no certificate. A person on our team reviews it within 2 working days.
What it adds up to
You keep 70 percent of every conversation fee. Open up more hours, help more people, take home more. Move the slider.
Based on back to back 60 minute conversations at today's fee, 70 percent listener share, 25 days a month. Your real number depends on how often you are online and how callers rate you.
More than the money
Money that lands every week
Every finished conversation pays. Your 70 percent share goes to your UPI every week, whether it is ₹200 or ₹2,000. No commute, no manager, no targets.
Fits around your actual life
Set the hours you are usually free. Flip "Available now" on when you feel like taking a conversation and off when you do not. After the kids sleep, during a lunch break, on a slow Sunday. It is your call.
You end the day knowing it mattered
Somebody was holding something they could not tell anyone, and you were the one who heard it. Most jobs do not give you that. Callers rate you, and the good listeners get booked again and again.
No degree, no experience
We are not looking for counsellors. We are looking for patient, warm people who can hear something difficult without flinching or judging. There is a short listening guide before your first conversation, and that is all the training you need.
Your privacy is protected too
Callers see your first name, age, city and languages. Never your phone number, email, photo or video. Conversations happen in a private room and you can end one whenever you need to.
Early listeners get the most
We are new and small, which is good news for you. The first listeners get the most bookings, build reviews fastest, and get a say in how this grows. Top rated listeners show up first in the directory.
Listen first. Fix nothing.
You are not a therapist and nobody wants you to act like one. Your whole job is to give one person your full attention for 30 or 60 minutes. Try to remember the last time someone did that for you.

Things people ask before applying
How much can I earn?
You keep 70 percent of every completed conversation, paid to your UPI every week. Three hours a day works out to roughly ₹7,800 a month, five hours to about ₹13,000. The people who are online often and rated well earn the most.
Do I need any qualification?
No. We look for patience, warmth and the ability to hear hard things without judging. You read a short listening guide and agree to our code of conduct before your first conversation. That is the whole onboarding.
Will callers know who I am?
They see your first name, age, gender, city, languages and the topics you picked, plus the one line you write about yourself. Never your phone number, email, photo or video.
What if a caller is in crisis?
You stay calm, you stay with them, and you share the Tele MANAS number, 14416. You are never expected to handle an emergency on your own and you will never be blamed for escalating one.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, any time. Switch off "Available now", clear your hours, or ask us to remove your profile. There is no contract and no notice period.
