What we collect
Everyone: your Google account name and email when you sign in, and basic usage data such as pages visited.
Talkers: the nickname you choose, your language, the topics you select, your bookings and payments (processed by Razorpay, we never see your card or UPI details), and any rating or report you submit.
Listeners: your name, age, gender, city, languages, WhatsApp number, UPI ID or bank details for payouts, a profile photo, a live selfie and a short introduction video used for verification, and your availability.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for government ID documents. We do not record calls. We do not store the content of your conversations.
How we use it
To create your account, match you with a listener, process payments and payouts, send call links and reminders by email, verify listeners, handle reports, and keep the platform safe. We may send you occasional emails about FeelingsOut, and you can opt out at any time.
Where it is stored
Account and booking data is stored on our website servers. Listener selfies and introduction videos are stored in a private, access controlled Google Drive folder and are used only for verification. Payments are handled by Razorpay under their privacy policy. Calls run on Jitsi Meet in a room created for that call only.
Who sees what
Listeners see a Talker’s nickname and chosen topic only. Talkers see a Listener’s first name, age, gender, city, languages, topics and rating. Nobody sees phone numbers or email addresses of the other person.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing feelingsout.help@gmail.com. Listener verification files are deleted on request once you leave the platform. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep you signed in and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. No advertising trackers.
